Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Frontstage ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Frontstage is a creator bio-link platform that allows you to build a single link page containing links, content blocks, campaigns, and lead capture forms. The Service runs on Cloudflare Pages and uses Supabase for data storage. You retain full ownership of your content and data.

3. Accounts and Handles

To use the Service, you must create an account and claim a unique handle (e.g., yourname.frontstage.page). Handles are first-come, first-served. You may not impersonate others, use trademarks you don't own, or claim handles for resale. We reserve the right to reclaim inactive handles after 12 months of no login activity.

4. Your Content and Data

You own all content you create on Frontstage — links, text, images, form submissions, and analytics data. By using the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and serve your content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe intellectual property rights, contain malware, or promote illegal activities.

5. Analytics and Tracking

Frontstage collects anonymous analytics: page views, link clicks, and aggregate click-through rates. We do not use third-party trackers, advertising cookies, or fingerprinting. Analytics data is stored in your Supabase database and is accessible only to you (the creator) and workspace collaborators you explicitly invite.

6. Link Health Monitoring

The Service performs automated daily checks on outbound links in your link blocks. Results (status codes, latency, redirect chains) are stored in your database and visible in your workspace. These checks use a identifiable User-Agent (Frontstage-LinkHealth/1.0) and respect robots.txt. You may disable link health monitoring per block.

7. Free and Paid Plans

The Free plan includes all core features on a .frontstage.page subdomain. The Pro plan ($5/month) adds custom domain support, removal of "Powered by Frontstage" branding, extended analytics retention, and email notifications. Prices are in USD and may change with 30 days' notice. No refunds for partial months.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not use Frontstage to: (a) distribute spam, phishing, or malware; (b) host illegal content or facilitate illegal acts; (c) scrape or crawl the Service at scale; (d) interfere with the Service's security or performance; (e) resell access without authorization. Violation may result in immediate suspension.

9. Intellectual Property

The Frontstage name, logo, visual design, and underlying software are our property. These Terms do not grant you rights to use our trademarks or brand assets except as necessary to operate your page. "Powered by Frontstage" attribution may not be removed on the Free plan.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, link availability, or data accuracy. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Frontstage and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months (or $100 if on Free plan).

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the workspace. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, with 7 days' notice (except for illegal activity, where termination may be immediate).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page and emailed to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
